DEPOSIT /REFUND POLICY

Summer Trips
Summer Horseback/Fishing Trips: A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is non refundable.

Guided Hunting Trips: 50% deposit required at the onset of booking, balance due by June 15th of the year you are hunting. Deposits are non-refundable of the booked hunts after March 15th of the year you are hunting (fully refundable prior to March 15th).
